Let’s explore nutrition. There is a say “we are what we eat” (and what we digest!) that many of us heard of. There are hundreds plus popular diets, each advocating for a specific pattern of combining macronutrients and other strategies. I believe we all have our own personal nutrition style that can work best for us. Most probably it needs to be upgraded as we move through life. There is a path of personal development for all of us that can lead us to create our tailored plan and to implement it.
