Thanks to David Tyler and team for the production of the annual Parker Review. The last review 2022 report, issued in March 2023, found that 96 FTSE 100 companies met the target to have at least one minority ethnic director on their boards, up from 89 in the previous year. Historically this report has focused on Board Level positions but for the first time they will asking for data on their senior management teams and what share of it is composed of ethnic minorities. They have also posed them a challenging question: to set a target for what that share should be by the end of 2027. #boarddiversity #ukbusiness #ethnicity
