When a company does this to me DURING recruitment stage, it's a RED FLAG! ✅️ It says about the state of technology within the company (and how much the company is willing to invest). ✅️ It also reflects their philosophy on efficiency (are we obsessed about getting things done with least time, effort, or money?). ✅️ It also show how HR views their responsibility when it comes to managing corporate branding and image (do they even care?). Apply at your own risk!
