As we edge closer to the official start date of the Diversity-X Funding Readiness Programme, i've been looking back at how we arrived at our incredible first cohort. Let's look at some numbers. 67%. This represents the percentage of applicants that identified as a female founder. That's a good number. We are doing something right in attracting female founders to apply for our programme. 82%. This represents the percentage of female founders in the final cohort. I want this, and Diversity-X wants this to be how we deliver change for our whole community of underestimated founders. Step by step. I'm proud. Now to help them get funded.
