I have been partnered with a client that deployed Workday just over a year ago following launch methodology. 🚨 The problem - The product was more or less out of the box, the system had not been tailored to their business needs and the feedback from users was not as positive as they'd hoped. 💡 The solution - We provided a consultant that worked for 3 weeks reviewing the Workday product, seeking opportunity for improvement and the findings were presented to the leadership team. Following that, Hale provided 2 Functional consultants to evaluate and implement the process improvements including the development of their reporting and metrics function. 📈 The outcome - In just 9 months, over 71 processes across the entire HCM suite have been enhanced, the Recruiting module has been rebuilt and the customer is now thriving on Workday.
