It will all depend on what skills , capabilities and confidence youth have and whether this resource can be tapped to bring rapid progress. Mere statements without road map will not take India anywhere. We have to convert rhetoric to reality and it's possible. For the right person skills and capabilities development from study abroad will open opportunities abroad. The future for Civil Engineers who want to migrate abroad is bright as site work has to be done at site and can't be done remotely like software. Infrastructure is ageing across developed countries like USA and Germany, they might not have skilled manpower and Engineers, they will look forward to India. 30 years before Singapore came to India to recruit Engineers for metro projects executed by land transport authority.

With time, big businesses & the powerful APICS organization promoted "innovated" COMPUTER SOFTWARE based expensive solutions activities that were supposed to make the Supply Issue more "RECILIENT," A new busword was born. As our book discussed, ERP with the then&now ancient MRP @ the heart of ERP had many detrimental deficiencies. Now the situation is much worst. Covid demonstrated & confirmed the urgent statements that we wrote. 3C IS ALL PHYSICAL.
