Having a clear vision for the future helps people know what they have to do. So, they are not just working towards something but also know how their contributions impact the organization.
Having employees who stay with the company longer and low turnover rates are both good indicators of a great place to work also.
So, here I am, after 11 years of career as procurement (and still counting) in various lines of business, I decided to join the PT Bina Artha family as a Senior Procurement Manager.
