Here is what we need Someone who can do graphic design and video editing. Should have worked for either brands/ agencies on consumer businesses, we work with D2C brands so this is mandatory experience. Primarily, we work on performance marketing creatives, past experience in it, is an added bonus. We need atleast 2 years of graphic design experience, unless you think you are god's gift to mankind and can prove it, apply without the prerequisite experience. Salary - We can go upto 7 lacs for this role, but it will be contingent on your current base salary. Work - We are a 100% WFH organisation, we work Mon- Fri. Occasionally, like 4-5 times a year, you might be pulled in to work over the weekends, we hate it, but at times we can't avoid it.
