We are looking to add a graphic designer to our current creative team ENSO Business Consulting, the current team btw is gold.
Here is what we need
Someone who can do graphic design and video editing.
Should have worked for either brands/ agencies on consumer businesses, we work with D2C brands so this is mandatory experience.
Primarily, we work on performance marketing creatives, past experience in it, is an added bonus.
We need atleast 2 years of graphic design experience, unless you think you are god's gift to mankind and can prove it, apply without the prerequisite experience.
Salary - We can go upto 7 lacs for this role, but it will be contingent on your current base salary.
Work - We are a 100% WFH organisation, we work Mon- Fri. Occasionally, like 4-5 times a year, you might be pulled in to work over the weekends, we hate it, but at times we can't avoid it.
Process
Send in your portfolio | CV | Current CTC | Expected CTC to Desmond Suting at desmond@ensobusinessconsulting.com. He leads the creative team and will be your super boss, so be nice.
Once we've shortlisted your profile, you'll get a simple assignment to do, based on what you put together, there will be 2-3 rounds of interview. Also, its the same assignment that we've been using for the last 2 years to hire, so we don't offload current work and get stuff done for free.
Expectations
Apply only if you care about art, brands, design and your career. We like people who wan't to do well professionally (driven is super important for us). What we offer is a platform and the necessary support for you to get ahead. If this is something you don't care about and are looking for just another job, don't bother.
