10 weeks ago I made a disruptive decision. 10 weeks later I’m looking back like “whew 😅” I didn’t have it all figured out- still don’t. Every day I get clearer around what I want to do and how I want to show up and take action towards it and some of the results in 10 weeks have been kind of EPIC. A lot of what I’ve launched in the last 10 weeks has been a refined version of things I’ve done and some things have been completely new. Now on to the next 10 weeks then the next and the next. Want to spend 10 weeks with me? I’m so excited to be bringing back a program I “sunsetted” in 2021, brought back a micro-version in 2023, and now it’s back as a full 10-week program. Girl Get Your Goals was designed to build support, empowerment and accountability and support women in putting action behind their ideas. Each week we will spend time identifying, refining, and working on our goals- from feelings to funds. October 28th marks 10 Mondays until the new year and that’s when we will kick off. When I was at CVS Health I had the honor of serving as one of the National co-chairs for our largest CRG (colleague resource group) WISE (Women Inspiring Success and Excellence) I got to serve over 11,000 members, serve alongside some phenomenal women and we got to pour into women and allies in our company and it was amazing. Melody Rubin MPA, GPHR Kristin Palmer Marie Ford and just so happens the Executive sponsor was our CEO- Karen Lynch. So it was nice to partner with her on programs. As a woman who has worn many hats and sat in many seats, it was and is important to me to be a part of lifting women up so they can Get Up & Thrive! The next few weeks I’ll share more about the program and be encouraging you to “Grab your Girls and Goal” So why 10 weeks? Because I am fresh off of a 10 week “idea to implementation” “refine and realign” round myself and my life is completely different than it was 10 weeks ago. Easy? Nope❗️ Perfect? Nope Possible ? YUP❗️ We are not going to end the year defeated or deflated. We are going to end it empowered, taking action and Thriving into the New Year!
