HOW CAN WE SOLVE THIS❓ 30% of all products online are returned, whereas the return-rate in physical stores only is 8,89%. Why is this? 🤔 I’ve been doing a lot of research and believe that the major difference in return-rates is a result of the lack of a satisfactory customer experience online. In physical stores, customers are allowed to pick up the product, view it from all different angels and even try it on themselves. In online stores, customers are only met with a few images and a product description. The difference between the two customer experiences is massive.
