The travel industry is somewhat antiquated, so I would say that it lends itself quite well to constantly challenging us to be innovative and strategic, developing new technologies and techniques, and figuring out how best to leverage newly introduced platforms into our daily workflows and systems. The overall vibe of the community, both on the advisor and supplier sides, is absolutely "community over competition," and I think that stems from just how antiquated everything is or was and how we had to come together to make any type of movement over the past 5–10 years. I think that COVID was a force for good in a way that a lot of smart and motivated people started working "underground" on a lot of projects during that time that are kind of popping their heads up now here and there, and some have been developing nicely over the past few years. I would say that the industry is a completely different one than the one I entered 10 years ago, and that it will be changing even more rapidly than that over the next 2, 5, and so on and so forth. I think that Tern is going to be the biggest and best disruptor that we have seen in a long time, and hopefully once they build an actual booking tool into their system that functions like ADX, we can get rid of the green screen. I have other big plans to move the industry forward, but I think the best part is that everyone is starting to think bigger now and not be complacent, which is never healthy for any industry or business.🌟 I am thrilled to share my latest thoughts on [topic].
