We’re halfway through the Big Give! This summer, we are working with Frozen Light Theatre and King’s Cross Summer Sounds to bring ‘Fire Songs’ back to Kings Place this August. Our donors have so far raised 60% of our target; every donation will provide much needed support for this vital project. With your help, we can reach more audiences with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) in our community. Find out more and donate via the link below. And a huge thank you to everyone who has donated so far! #BigGive #ArtsForImpact bit.ly/3TwFkSj

This #GivingTuesday, holiday giving/year-end giving season and throughout the year, please consider donating to a non-profit local to you, wherever you may live. Yes, national non-profits do important work, too, so leave a little for them if you can. But organizations in your zip code make an impact on your neighbors. So if you have a cause that's important to you - affordable housing, food access, hospice, art therapy, helping children with developmental disabilities, etc. - look for a non-profit where you live who is doing that work. I guarantee you that your donation, whether it's $5 or $5,000, will be received with a grateful heart and will help someone who just might be your neighbor, your co-worker, your friend, your family... And if you are local to me and you need help figuring out where to send your dollars, drop me a message and I'll make some recommendations. #supportlocal #local #localnonprofit #givingtuesday2023

My message for people who are skeptical about this situation: Integrity matters, you gotta do the right thing even when no one is watching. People need to know what is right and what is wrong. Don't be a sheep and run after the shiny objects. Know your moral compass and support good people. I donated yesterday (the reason why i say this because I want to show people that I am supporting them when I can, I'm not the richest man in the world, doing the best i can when i can) https://lnkd.in/e3Sk7tFa I would always support people or a team with positive intentions, positive mission statement, and positive vision and who want to help people and the community. If you are not part of the community you're not gonna know how awesome Cara community is and how much people are helping each other, respecting, encouraging, uplifting, leveling up together and so much happier because it's about human connection, engagement, one on one conversations, discussions and simply judgment-free art. Nobody feels like a content machine for them to scrape off our images or art for data without our consent. Every art created by humans no matter what style deserves respect, so does the artist. About Cara - https://cara.app/about Frequently Asked Question - https://cara.app/faq Also, this is what happened with the founder in case you are not sure (here is a recent article that was published 13 hours ago) https://lnkd.in/eQFVgW9p “For artists, we want to share our work with the world. We put it online, and we don’t charge people to view this piece of work, but it doesn’t mean that we give up our copyright, or any ownership of our work.” - Jingna Zhang Support Cara app if you care about the community, HUMAN art and human artists. https://lnkd.in/eQU7b9y8 I think social media apps have programmed all of us for LIKES, SHARES, FOLLOWS, and ALGORITHM games when it's about engagement, community, and growing together as human beings / artists. We don't wanna be addicted to notifications but be more productive with our work, share meaningful thoughts, and sharing our creation with fellow human beings. If we look back into the past into the art history, there is masterful work done by amazing masters and nobody cared about Notifications (because it didn't exist) so people were more productive not that it's a bad thing in this modern world, just stating my observation, it was all about one on one conversations, letters, collaboration, surrounding themselves with like-minded people thought leaders and making beautiful artwork. Something we can learn from art history. My intention is always to be on the right side, do the right thing and be a good person as simple as that. #supportcara #cara #artcommunity #art #artist #animation #industry #consent #credit #compensation
CARA needs our help. Please consider donating or subscribing for a couple bucks a month. There are over 600K new users and counting. Jingna Zhang is paying for this Artist driven (NO AI) platform out of pocket. If we want this community to STAY independent, we need to support independent efforts. Donate here! $1-5 monthly is all it takes. https://lnkd.in/gbiNuYB5

Did you know that you might be able to double (or even triple!) your donation to Seattle Angels through donation-matching options from your company? Many companies offer options to encourage their employees to give to non-profit organizations. If your company offers donation matching, every dollar you donate to Seattle Angels could turn into two or three dollars to help us change the way children and families experience the foster care system. Similarly, some companies will make a monetary contribution to match volunteer hours. For more information, visit this page: https://lnkd.in/g4_bDJhp or reach out to your case manager! #employergiftmatching #employeematching #volunteer #seattleangels #fostercareseattle #fostercare #mentor #donate

Mergers & Acquisitions. Considering selling your business? I am interested in talking with you. Please contact me personally.
I am always amazed when I ask business owners if they control their mobile and data costs. So far not one director I have asked has considered looking into how to reduce these costs. Maybe it is time you took a look at your mobile and data costs? Just ask Predict #Mundo
Recently I spoke to Faith Parmenter at Leeds Autism Services about the challenges that charities face when negotiating a new mobile communication services contract. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Leeds Autism Services took the decision to expand their mobile estate to their support workers, but negotiating a contract was difficult and time consuming. Faith explains why it was so hard and how Predict helped her to save time and money 👇 https://lnkd.in/enhqgcRt #CharityIT #MobileCommunications #BusinessMobile
