Progress Update 📈 The groundwork is well underway for this new residential development. We’re making strides with the foundations for 8 private dwellings and 2 apartment blocks, along with 770m² of permeable driveways featuring aqua-cell drainage units. 🚧 Our team is also working hard on a 1750m² adoptable highway, complete with foul and storm drains. Plus, we’re installing a 130m acoustic fence for sound management. #TeamWork #Groundworks #BuildingProgress

🚧 Blending function with form 🚧 We're constructing a robust 130m acoustic barrier along the A12. This permanent structure is engineered to reduce road noise for the upcoming residential development. It meets all council requirements and is designed with functionality and aesthetics in mind. Constructing effective noise barriers beside busy roads like the A12 is essential, the combination of moving vehicles, tyre-road contact, and engine noise can lead to significantly high noise levels. This design tackles these challenges head-on, ensuring a quieter environment for future residents. #UrbanDevelopment #NoiseControl #CivilEngineering

It's a day for the industry to recognise the vast career opportunities in this field while remembering Maddie's impact.
