Too many people take things personally rather than use #systemsthinking to understand why systems are built for certain purposes, hierarchy, outcomes and rather than focus on "I'm not racist" or "why does it have to be about race" focus on the fact that very constitution categorized by race and there are people alive today who could not go certain places because of the color of their skin. It is illogical to think that you snap your fingers and voila..it is suddenly gone from mindsets, culture, systems. The South has vastly different economic realities because it was a system and industries dependent on enslaved labor and with emancipation, "property" became human citizens. There is no logical world where those realities do not need to be taken into account. #Blackhistorymonth

Advancing TBI research is crucial for developing effective prevention, diagnostic, and treatment strategies. Innovations in protective equipment, diagnostic technologies, and rehabilitation techniques can significantly improve outcomes.
