Is not having enough resources holding you back? As an emerging tech founder, resources are the scarcest commodity. There aren't enough people, time, or money to go around. But the truth is: successful people never have enough resources. They just know how to allocate them. Here are a few tips to help you allocate your limited resources better: 1. Prioritize: Identify the most important thing you need to do right now. Focus on that. 2. Plan: Break down your big goals into smaller, measurable steps. Plan tasks so that you can execute your plans in the most efficient way possible. 3. Delegate: Learn to let go of control. Assign tasks to your team or outsource them. 4. Automate: Use tech to your advantage. Automate repetitive tasks and maximize your time. 5. Collaborate: Work with other businesses or individuals in your industry. Share resources like office space, staff, or marketing. Now, go out there and make your resources work for you. Success is not about having more. It's about doing more with less.

Combining AI technology with human talent, can be a game changer. These four I see as the most crutial points 👇 📲 Businesses need to blend smart technology with real human connections to stand out and keep customers loyal. 🤝 Also important is for leaders to improve employee experiences to avoid making technology feel too cold and distant. ✈️ Companies must adapt to changes in the workplace to keep their talent, providing meaningful opportunities abroad that help retain employees. 👩🏽💻 As remote work increases, technology should make work easier, not harder. Do you agree?

Who wins the race for jobs the employee, technology, or both? The "winner" in the race for jobs between technology and employees depends largely on how society, businesses, and individuals respond to these changes. Technology has the potential to enhance job quality and create new opportunities, but it also poses challenges that require proactive management, technology will replace some skill sets which will become redundant , and new jobs will not be created at the same speed as the ones no longer needed . Employees who embrace continuous learning and adapt to new technological environments will likely find success, while those who resist change may face greater difficulties. Thus, the future of jobs is not necessarily about choosing between technology and employees, but about integrating the two in ways that maximise the benefits for all stakeholders. We are seeing a growing and developing symbiotic relationship between employees and technology. While technology will develop in leaps and bounds and continue to be a major factor in the growth and development of industry the irreplaceable qualities of human employees will remain vital. Both human employees and technology must integrate combining the two forces in a way that maximises their outputs and potential, increasing efficiency, and growth. As we navigate this evolving landscape, it is clear that both employees and technology will equally be indispensable to the future of work.

The one thing you rely on for productivity is actually holding you back… Technology. It’s meant to drive business forward. Instead, it’s bringing things to a grinding halt. Broken systems freeze employees in their tracks. Bugs disrupt workflow and distract from critical work. New rollouts flounder when deployed without empathy. The result? Toxic culture, stressed staff, plummeting productivity. Getting the most from your tech investment requires care and collaboration during implementation. Don’t just roll out new systems and expect staff to figure them out. Walk users through each step patiently. With a little empathy and attention to detail, technology can drive business forward. Is tech helping or hindering your productivity?

Many leaders know the key to long-term success in business is adaptability. However, the ability to pivot has become more important than ever as #AI propels our world into a new era. In this piece from Forbes, Caroline Castrillón reveals that the pace of change is increasing, and non-linear careers are the new normal. As someone whose post-graduate career began in printing and ended up in technology, I am familiar with the values of a non-linear career. But even beyond that, I have always realized that embracing change is the key to success and have tried to remain agile in my career path – moving from printing, to retail, to cybersecurity, to defense, and finally ending up in technology services. Even when everything is in front of you, you must always keep an eye on what is coming next and have an adaptable strategy in mind. Read the article here: https://lnkd.in/eMBy-eMN

Have you ever felt like you don’t know what’s going on and that you are being landed with a new tech process resulting in two jobs? Embracing technological advancements is crucial for staying competitive, but is your business inadvertently alienating staff in the process? Throughout my career, I've observed the profound impact that major tech changes can have on productivity - and it isn’t always a positive one! While innovation is undoubtedly essential, it's equally important to ensure a seamless transition that nurtures, rather than alienates, your greatest asset – your PEOPLE. Any workplace change makes people - Nervous - Uncomfortable - Insecure All of which leads to a drop in productivity, and therefore, ROI and worse still, a staff exodus as people feel undervalued and their job is at threat. Do any research and you will be told the following: 1️⃣ Communication is Key 2️⃣ Training and Support 3️⃣ Inclusivity Matters 4️⃣ Celebrate Milestones This isn’t bad advice, they are good interventions, but everyone does it so why do things still go wrong? Outcome bias - we concentrate on the end result, and repeat what we see as successful rather than evaluating each change and creating the right preconditions for change. Planning is often finite and plans are set in stone - big consultancies spend a lot on discovery, but then things change, if your plans cannot adapt then you could be in trouble. To adapt you need to know what is happening - data is king. Few people collect data to find out what is working, a simple dashboard of outcomes will not be much help here. Remember, successful tech integration isn't just about upgrading systems; it's about empowering your team to embrace the future with confidence. By prioritising the human element in your tech journey, you'll not only avoid alienation but also cultivate a workplace culture that thrives in the face of change. #techchange #behaviourchange #people #increasingROI
