Maintaining an optimal workforce has been challenging due to high turnover, raising wages, and technology deployment. When implementing new technologies: 1. Prioritize transparency and training. Teach the team about why the new technology is deployed, how to work with it, and why it matters. 2. Emphasize the benefits of new technology to alleviate fear. Show the team how this will make their lives easier. 3. Offer external education or training. Some team members may be excited about new technology and how they can advance their career. 4. Leverage flexibility. New technology such as automation can bring more flexibility. Cross train your team to boost skills and make your workforce is more fluid to adapt to changes and needs.
