But as we integrate AI into leadership roles, one thing becomes clear: technology can’t replace the human touch. Emotional intelligence (EI) is becoming more crucial than ever. So, what is the role of AI in leadership? AI is a fantastic tool for automating processes, making data-driven decisions, and identifying patterns that humans might miss. But leadership is about more than just efficiency and facts. It’s about understanding people, inspiring teams, and creating a culture where individuals feel valued and heard.
