We believe most transactions tend to focus along the following megatrends: 👉🏻 Energy transformation – including renewables, market consolidation and clean technologies  👉🏻 Technology – including IT, services, software and hardware  👉🏻 New industry – including ESG and nearshoring   Within this energy trend in 2023 we announced disposal of wind portfolio of RP Global and Marguerite to ENGIE and acquisition of Kufpec Norwegian gas field by PGNiG Upstream Norway AS (ORLEN Group).   In technology we advised on the disposal of INELO by Innova Capital to EUROWAG and Symfonia by MidEuropa to Accel-KKR. We advised on transformative deal in fintech space and continue to work on raising money for new innovative players in various areas of financial sector. We also helped to raise funding for Mabion S.A.
