Heading home to Perth with a lot to reflect on. This trip has been more than just business as usual. Here are five key takeaways: 1. I was introduced to the skill/will matrix, a tool for assessing strengths and weaknesses. It’s a game changer for me and something I’ll use to grow both personally and professionally. 2. A valuable meeting with a key customer based in Sydney reminded me how critical relationships and customer input are to your future strategy. 3. I’m more excited than ever about Fleetwood’s national opportunities. The potential is immense, and I’m eager to be a part of it. 4. During three days of training, I challenged myself to listen more than I talked, ensuring my contributions added value every time I spoke. 5. The trip reinforced how modular construction can address the housing crisis, but only if government regulations catch up with the speed and efficiency modular offers.
