There is a concern that Mondelez, under the leadership of Dirk van der Put, may be engaging in greenwashing practices, where sustainability efforts are exaggerated or misrepresented for public relations purposes rather than genuine environmental impact. At the same time, we remain optimistic about the potential for collaboration on sustainability priorities with consumer products manufacturers and retailers through initiatives like The Consumer Goods Forum. It is crucial for all stakeholders to work together transparently and diligently to address environmental and social challenges effectively.
