Hi everyone, even after making the payment on my Kotak Bank CR card, they have blocked my card, they have to take due payment, so they have to call the sales team 20 times, after that, when I call them, they have called the customer service. Today I have been chasing everyone since last one week, there is poor service of Kotal people, I would suggest that their card should not be taken away, no one has taken any service.

I'm sharing my disappointing experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank's credit card services. Their executives misled me with false information during the application process, and later, I was charged incorrectly. Despite having proof of the misleading messages, I've been met with unhelpful responses. I urge everyone to exercise caution and thoroughly research before considering any financial services with this institution

And customer care told me to contact my nearest branch. Actually, I had opened my bank account in "BOMMASANDRA" District.(State - KARNATAKA ) NAME - SURAJ KUMAR A/C NO - 4048318608 IFSC Code - KKBK0008113 Mob - 7645080606 And right now, I am at my permanent address. ''BEGUSARAI '' District.(BIHAR) Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd; "Rajmata Complex"; Dak Bunglow Road, Near Kali Ashthan Chowk, Begusarai, Bihar. Pin Code - 851132 , IFSC: KKBK0005619 ( This is My Nearest Branch ) I have contected my nearest branch many times. I have given the bank whatever documents and information they have asked for. They mailed to Kotak Bank technical department where they remove freeze. Till now 18 days today Now, i have not received any mail from the technical department (my nearest branch said this daily) Also, I talked to my home branch. Mohini m'am - 7829354198 ( Customer care gave me this Number) she also said this many times.(i have not received any mail from the technical department & told me that I i'll send reminder mail once again )
