Kotak Mahindra Bank you really need the arrival of new management. This was so important. The worst experience is the reply of the emails to your customers, those are the pre written templates, I doubt that you are using some AI engine to respond, better consider adding the engine name instead of the name of your agent in regards. This is so frustrating I write every time the email and I get some templates in writing. I somehow believe you guys put your customers in a kind of a trap. Last month you took almost 12k as an interest even after making the payment. Now this month I am ready to pay the full outstanding but you are like I have some running emi. Your management need to understand I am ready to pay my full outstanding just take and close my relationship with you guys. Or stop cheating in a trap. Screenshot reference of the email conversation. Both know no support was provided. Request was for MF investment and they opened a demat account. Post opening also zero support by both above senior staff to a hni who brought large corpus from the icici Bank two years back. Please take this as challenge for you and investigative how fraud are your staff at seniors positions. I have all chats from both and their false propaganda promises to guide but so far nothing is done. Every day I struggle to apply for ipo mf . Dear Kotak Mahindra Bank, if possible then invest on your server. If we want to deposit cash on working Saturday then your server remains down. And if we want to do online transaction then again, server is down. It seems that during peak time, Kotak bank is unable to handle digital transaction. Location is Gurugram. Lets hope your server gets rectified.
