Its under a huge microscope! This is so relatable to many, speaking to a landlord over the weekend; “I cant afford an agency” was literally his response. But how is offering “disco” shifts for cash or paying for a Chef from a facebook page sustainable? Do they turn up? Are they then a professional? Do they have credentials? FSLV 2, or 3? Or any qualifications? If they dont turn up, how quick is the turn around of finding a replacement? And all at your expense and time, and inconvenience… Sometimes handing it to a team can solve your pain, vetted, trained, experienced and ready to work.
