I think the biggest key to success is surrounding yourself with people who inspire you. Last night I was in a room full of people that inspire me every day to be better not only for myself, but for my clients. This past year with New York Life has developed my professionalism in ways I never imagined, and I can’t wait to see what my team and I accomplish in 2024. We’re just getting started ✨🏆 #newyorklife #2024kickoff #financialservices

🚀 Celebrating Dedication in Action 🚀 This week, I’m inspired by the story of a remarkable young Black male (Marcus) from Rising Sun Center for Opportunity who took his career aspirations to the next level. His unique dedication was evident when he drove from California to Idaho for a Class A driving test—a move that truly sets him apart. His commitment and unwavering dedication to his career are truly inspiring. 🚗💪 His journey wasn’t just about getting a license; it was a testament to his drive, passion for his profession, and willingness to do what it takes, even when others say differently. This determination sets candidates apart (in a BIG way) and opens doors in any industry. His commitment paid off as he landed the job he had worked hard to secure. 🌟🔧 But the construction industry is his desired outcome. His story is a shining example of how dedication can lead to career success, inspiring us all to strive for our goals. In construction, showing such dedication is a game-changer. It's not just a signal to employers that you’re serious, resilient, and ready to go the extra mile but also a key to career advancement. Whether relocating for a test or mastering a new skill, this proactive attitude can make all the difference in building a successful career. This proactive approach can empower you to take control of your job and pave the way for your success. Let’s celebrate this achievement and recognize the power of dedication in building successful careers. If you have a story of commitment or perseverance, share it below—let’s inspire each other! If you would like to know more about Marcus or hire him, please get in touch with me.

Never when we sat down for that coffee all those years ago did I think we would end up here. Very proud of all that we have achieved over the past two years, the incredible team we have and the wonderful group of clients we have built. Smartest, most genuine, hardworking bloke there is. Honour and privledge to learn and spend majority of most days with you! Could write a list as long as the Nile about what I’ve learnt from JB, here’s 5 points that first come to mind; 1. Listen, listen more, take notes, summarise in writing, engage any expert you can to upskill and better understand the problem, turn the world over to find the most powerful solution. 2. If you find yourself with a few spare minutes having finished a meeting early, driving or walking to lunch, spend this time calling your team members to check in, this will be invaluable to both you and them. 3. No matter how busy you are, always make the time to stay connected and engaged with your network, a quick text is all it takes. 4. Respect and celebrate the achievements of our peers, their success makes us better and drives us forward as an industry. The quote I love from JB most is, “there’s enough clients out there for everyone.” 5. Always remember, we aren’t saving lives. Your family and your health always come first. One of a kind JB. Financial Advisor: Entrepreneurs, executives, & sales leaders rely on me to show them how to help keep their business open, their families protected, and their money working harder than them. | Father | Man of Faith
Success deserves celebration. Taking the time to celebrate achievements, big or small, not only acknowledges hard work but also motivates and inspires continued effort and dedication. This is especially true if you're a leader of a company or a team. Recognizing the success of hitting a corporate revenue goal: ➡ Shows your team you notice them ➡ Elevates the sales, marketing, and ops teams who made it happen ➡ Shows the employees that you're paying attention to the details of their actions, not just numbers. ➡ It reinforces the value of the journey and the effort invested. ➡ Creates an environment where achievement is valued. What are you celebrating this month? — I'm John Cole. I work with business owners, entrepreneurs, and top-sales professionals to make sure their money works way harder than they ever do. Stick around for the journey. 🔔 Follow me and ring the bell in my profile to see my posts ✅ Reach out to me

Founder & Chief Shepherd | We teach the habits and disciplines that drive early productivity and high retention.
Clients come in a variety of niche areas! Not all of them are nominated for Emmy’s and Golden Globe’s though. Exceptionally grateful for Ross Kimball and our work together! I feel like I have learned and implemented more from him than he probably has from me. This relationship is the epitome of a win-win!

Executive Search Partner (Board/C-Suite, Private Equity, Professional & Business Services) at Redgrave Search
#2024outlook I am optimistic for the year ahead as broad market sentiments double-down on inflationary retreat and a 'softer' economic landing. We should see this play through with a more settled interest rate scenario which will unlock investor appetite to deploy capital.
Happy New Year from all of us at Redgrave! May this year bring you new opportunities, success, and joy in every endeavour.
