Gladly introducing the newest member of the Arbeitskreis Feinschneiden (AKF), in cooperation with Werkzeugmaschinenlabor, WZL der RWTH Aachen. Since 2016, AKF is revolutionizing the fineblanking technology sector by operating as a strategic research tool. At our production location we are currently implementing and finetuning our own fineblanking facilities and capabilities, as we are nominated for a project that requires fineblanking products, commencing in 2024. Behind this exciting endeavor is our very own metal stamping expert, John van Mil, along with his dedicated team of metal stamping experts 🙌 🤝 We are proud to join forces with AKF 🤝 Together with some of the finest minds in the industry, where ideas will converge and innovation will flourish. The first meeting already stated three exciting projects that will definitely aid in our own journey in fineblanking technology. 1️⃣ The working group was founded as a platform to address technological, economic, and strategic issues in this cutting-edge field. With 37 member companies, they have established a strong network of experts from various sectors including tooling technology, lubricant technology, materials technology, inspection, and plant technology 🌐 2️⃣ This collaboration enables all members to stay at the forefront of innovation by efficiently integrating current and future trends into their research activities. By implementing the latest findings in their own operations, they are driving the industry forward 🚀💼 3️⃣ The joint mission is to provide an excellent basis for sophisticated research.
