Recently Dr. Nirupama Srivastava conducted a session on ‘Diversity and Inclusion’: Practical Approaches for mitigating bias in D&I where Kreate employees explored the following : - Discussing how organisations are navigating unknown territories with advancements and the collaboration between men and machines reaching towards 5.0. - Highlighting the profound impact inclusive practices can have on businesses and what drives radical innovation. - Understanding the business objectives of implementing D&I strategies and the importance of enabling leaders and employees to demonstrate inclusive behaviour. - Emphasising the crucial role of managerial commitment to transformation in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. - Showcasing examples illustrating biased behaviour towards women, people with disabilities, and LGBTQI individuals. Reflecting on biases within organisations through a Q&A session. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the participants for their wonderful participation and engagement in this crucial session.
