The number one mistake I see is agendas are so packed with content, that attendees to now have time to make connections! Whether through thoughtful networking opportunities, creating space for connecting, or engaging in ice-breaker activities, facilitating and allowing space for genuine interactions can make your event memorable. Just as George Bailey’s relationships enriched his life, allowing time in your meetings or events creates opportunities for connections to grow. What is the secret to a successful event? Meaningful Connections! At a recent conference we organised, two attendees struck up a conversation during the coffee break.
