KRT Collective got it’s start when Brett recognized a need for strategic and operational support within his collection of businesses and investments. Brett gathered a team of key strategists that encompass the core elements of what every business needs: Finance, HR, Marketing, Development, and Executive support. This group formed what is known as KRT Collective and from there, we were cleared for take-off. We start our relationships with capital investment, we build long-term growth strategies, and then we get to work executing operational needs. Since day one it’s been about using our resources to elevate others. We are a private-capital firm but we care more about people than profits.
