"Happy #WorldMotherLanguageDay! 🎉 Today, let's celebrate the beauty of linguistic diversity by pretending we understand every dialect known to humankind. Because nothing says 'global unity' like nodding along while secretly Googling translation apps. Here's to pretending we're polyglots for a day! 🌍🗣️ #LostInTranslation"

Once, I researched the concept of "native language" from the perspective of definitions—what "native language" means according to society and scholars. Today, the issue of a native language for a Ukrainian child living abroad is becoming increasingly pressing for concerned parents. Speech delay, language mixing, difficulties in forming thoughts, communication failures... This is just a partial list of concerns that parents bring to me. My approach to solving these problems lies in the concept of "native language." Try asking your child: "What is your native language?" Or try answering this question yourself, if your little one is just learning to speak—what is my child’s native language? And with the answers to this fundamental question, I invite you to join our conversation on September 15th, online. Content Marketing Expert, Digital Productivity Consultant: Accompanying small businesses on the journey to improve operational and marketing efficiency.
There are approximately 1.8 billion people in the world who speak languages written from right to left. Despite being a large #market, a significant, if not the majority, portion of #digitalservices, including leading platforms, do not provide a native solution for people who read and write in #RTL languages. The problem becomes more severe when it comes to users who need to combine right-to-left languages with left-to-right #languages. For example, I work in Hebrew and English and constantly need to integrate both. This is especially challenging when I work in #Hebrew, my primary language, which makes frequent use of #English words, acronyms, brand names, and more. Until I watched this video, I didn't understand why it is so difficult to provide a native well-implemented solution for RTL users. 📌 Watch: https://lnkd.in/d6KJCBQY 👉
