For the longest time my 1:1's with my sales team wondered like Moses in the desert! Then I came across the R.E.C.O.N. agenda format designed for client review meetings. It makes a perfect 1:1 agenda to use between a sales manager and a salesperson. Use this agenda format to get more out of your 1:1's. ⭐ Hint: you'll need to share it with your salespeople and do it at least 5 times to get into a rhythm, but it works!
