While these concepts are backed by evidence, they are not definitive. The U.S. is stepping into a new phase of nuclear rivalry, yet it can influence the strategic landscape by looking beyond pure military might and advancement. This makes good sense: Nuclear weapons are a profound and existential threat to humanity. Halt the inclusion of arms industry research into the new EU budget. No EU money should go to military technology.
