Today Kyndryl released our inaugural Readiness report. The report investigates what business and IT see as the big-picture challenges and opportunities in today’s global business landscape, how IT helps or hinders organizations’ progress, and how these perceptions compare with our customer data collected via Kyndryl Bridge.   Kyndryl surveyed 3,200 IT decision-makers from 15 global markets in 25 industries and the statistics show that 90% of leaders say their IT is best in class, but only 39% say it’s ready for future challenges.
