🍂🌬️ As the seasons shift, so does the performance of your ducts! Are you aware of how seasonal changes can impact your home's air system? 🏠💨 As temperatures fluctuate, ducts expand and contract, often leading to unseen issues that affect your indoor air quality and efficiency. That’s why understanding the best times to schedule cleanings is crucial for maintaining a healthy living environment. Spring brings pollen, dust, and allergens that can clog your ducts. Summer heat can stress your HVAC system as it works harder to keep you cool. Come autumn, falling leaves and debris may find their way into your vents. And in winter? The dry, cold air can cause duct materials to contract, potentially creating gaps or leaks. Don't let the weather wear down your wellbeing! It's time to take action and ensure your ducts are in top-notch condition year-round with Right Choice Duct Cleaning. ✨ Embrace each season with confidence by giving us a call today! Let's schedule a cleaning that will leave you breathing easy no matter what Mother Nature throws our way.

We're in the middle of the summer season and, in addition to enjoying moments outside with an ice cream, out and about with friends and family or even at work, we need to take extra care of ourselves during the heatwaves. Here is your reminder to pay particular attention to the following points. 🚨 💚 Heat stress can vary depending on wind, sunlight and your own condition. Don't rely solely on the temperature display and watch out for warning signs such as dizziness, nausea or headaches. 😎 Sun cream is your best friend in summer – and not too little of it! The average adult needs 35 ml to achieve the recommended sun protection. Difficult to measure? Use the tablespoon comparison: two tablespoons per leg and for the torso, one each for the arms and your face. 🚗 The heat generated in closed rooms, for example in cars, should not be underestimated. At an outside temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, the temperature in a car reaches 27 degrees after 10 minutes and 46 degrees after an hour. With summer temperatures of 40 degrees, it can even reach over 60 degrees in the car after an hour. So, watch out for your human and animal passengers! 🌞 Offices can also get very hot in summer, especially in city centers and when lots of colleagues come together. So, as always: drink enough, take regular breaks and make sure you cool down. Take care of yourselves and your colleagues – health always comes first. #MSIGEU #MSIG #wetakecare #staysafe #summertips #health #summer

Here are a few tips for staying safe this summer! 1: Wear your sunscreen and hats This is usually the first thing people think of when Summer hits, but it is especially important to remember/remind our older generations as heat can be brutal on anybody if proper precautions are not taken. 2: Drink lots of water Seniors are more susceptible to dehydration than younger people because they lose their ability to conserve water as they age. So pack those extra bottles on longer drives, and make sure to keep the water flowing on a hot day. 3: Contact your doctor Some medications are affected by higher temperatures and are less effective if stored at a temperature higher than room temperature (25 degrees Celsius), if you do not have an air conditioner in your home, it might be good to ask if this will affect any meds you have stored.
