Ready to see the magic of teamwork in action? 🚀💼 This week, I had several impactful meetings with my team, including Marcus Fritsche, Julia Holze, and Christian Schellenberger. When you have a team that syncs like a well-oiled machine, magic happens. These sessions reminded me that collaboration isn't just about sharing tasks—it's about sharing goals, aspirations, victories and much more. Reflecting on our meeting: it's these high-energy, collaborative moments that fuel innovation and drive results. There's no substitute for collective effort and the ingenuity it sparks. Special thanks to Dr. Alexander Acker for his willingness to support us as an early user with his advice and expertise. There's nothing better than getting real feedback from professionals! Cheers to constant improvement and learning from the best! Another special thanks to Professor Sebastian Schlesinger for the incredibly motivating and inspiring conversation at Zollpackhof Berlin. After a hard day's work, there’s nothing quite like enjoying a cold drink in the beer garden with amazing people like him and my team. Cheers to good times and great company! 😉 Let's keep pushing boundaries together and make great things happen. How has your team inspired you lately? #Teamwork #Collaboration #Innovation #Gratitude #ProfessionalFeedback #ContinuousImprovement #TeamSpirit

At USPack we believe that our strength lies in our core values. They are the compass that guides us through every challenge and triumph. Today, we're thrilled to shine a spotlight on the five pillars that define us: Collaboration, Accountability, Passion for Service, Innovation, and Integrity. 🌟Collaboration: We leverage the strength of the broader team with the understanding that we are aligned in our corporate goals, which transcend individual achievements 🌟Accountability: We hold ourselves accountable to our clients, our environment, and our values. 🌟Passion for Service: We provide service that delights our customers, is responsive to their needs, and anticipates and delivers what they value most. 🌟Integrity: We establish trust through our commitment to ethical conduct and transparency, understanding that actions speak louder than words. 🌟Innovation: We embrace change and use it to drive creative solutions, continuously seeking new ways and new answers to achieve enduring excellence. But what makes our company truly unique is the incredible people who bring these values to life every day. That's why we developed the 🏆USPack Cultivator Awards, an initiative to honor and celebrate the individuals at USPack who go above and beyond in embodying these principles. For the next 5 weeks, we will feature a different member from our team who has won a Cultivator Award for showcasing one of our core values in action. These extraordinary individuals have been selected based on peer nominations, reflecting the deep respect and admiration of their colleagues. These narratives are not just about individual excellence but a testament to the vibrant culture and collaborative spirit of USPack.

Communication Trainer🔹Helping You Communicate Confidently & Effortlessly 🔹Interview Prep & Career Coach for EdTech & e-Learning Companies
Have you ever wondered why some teams click instantly, while others struggle to align their goals? Uniting a team goes beyond the usual retreats and ice-breakers. It’s about creating a force that's greater than the sum of its parts. What makes the difference? Here’s what you might not have tried yet: 🔹Shared leadership: Empower every team member to take on leadership roles in their areas of expertise. This flattens hierarchies and fosters respect and mutual trust across the board. 🔹 Custom team rituals: Develop unique team rituals that aren’t just fun but are meaningful to your specific group. Whether it’s a weekly innovation hour where everyone brings a wild new idea to the table, or a monthly day of service, make it your own. 🔹 Transparent vulnerability: Encourage moments where team members can share personal challenges and successes, both within and outside of work. This builds deep bonds that traditional team-building exercises can’t touch. 🔹 Cross-pollination projects: Create projects that require members from different departments or backgrounds to collaborate towards a common goal. This not only nurtures a sense of unity but also sparks innovation. 🔹 Celebrate the Unsung Heroes: Regularly acknowledge the behind-the-scenes efforts that keep everything running smoothly. Highlighting these contributions can motivate the entire team and show that every role is valued. ♻️Repost to help others rethink team unity!

We finally kicked off the long-awaited process of recognition and celebration in production called Employee of the Month (EOM) and I'm super happy about it. My main source of inspiration was Bob Chapman's "Everybody Matters" which gave me a good understanding why such a system is required and why it is crucial to identify and celebrate the greatness in our team. As he puts it, people usually do the right thing, but communication is usually about the things that go wrong. So there is a need for bringing the positive energy back to the team and this can work a treat. The other was "Radical Candor" by Kim Scott where she perfectly introduces the Formal Performance Review in the 2nd edition. There are effective questions and checks I used as input to my EOM process. And finally the Patrick Lencioni's "The Ideal Team Player" and The Table Group with the triad of hunger, humbleness, and smartness, which actually closed the loop. I've been dreaming about this process for a long time and it was only because of the team I'm working with, Leonardo Freitas, ZHANG(张玮) Rayne, and Alex Cheng that we could finally make this a dream come true. Thanks team for your support and committment. #employee_of_the_month #leadership #people_management #teamwork

CEO & Co-Founder at bluquist - foundational software & services to empower human potential I Product Manager & Tech. Enthusiast
What makes a cohesive and great team? One of my colleagues asked me this during our half-yearly team event in Munich last week and I've considered the question for a few moments while responding. What came to my mind then were two things, one from Simon Sinek and one from Jocko Willink. Both evolve strongly around the aspect of trust. If you have a team generally you would want always two things: High Performance AND High Trust. As it turns out having those two are mutually influencing but with one distinction. Performance in to absence of trust turns into selfish behaviours and ultimately deteriorates any cohesive team structure and performance. Same goes with mutual support and being respected as a leader. The best leaders create compassion and trust amongst their team members because if people care for each other they go a long long way in supporting peers in all kinds of situations. I'm happy to be part of a team that shows both things continually. Trust and commitment to high performance. Iterating on shared team values and coming together (in a physical location) is from my perspective the best way to create a culture that is focused on those two things. And it also doesn't hurt to make fun a core aspect of events as well. 😎 We are walking this path now since more than 3 years and the 15 people working for bluquist right now (not all on the picture) have created a human potential development system that reaches more and more users and companies as every week goes by. Thanks to every bluquist member for turning our vision more and more into reality. bluquist #team #cohesive #high #performance #trust #human #potential

Setting Yourself Up for Growth “To avoid chaos in the kitchen, everyone needs to know what they’re supposed to be doing and how their work relates to everyone else’s. A winning org chart prioritizes collaboration, transparency, and accountability.” How to Fill the C-Suite “One ingredient can make or break a meal—or a team. When selecting people to join the C-suite, take time to ensure each new addition shares your vision, and balance leadership potential with industry experience.” Recovering From Mistakes “Bad hires happen; roles often need to be adjusted and employees reskilled or reshuffled. Your job is to change direction as needed so your company can keep serving up excellence.”

We were thrilled about our recent collaboration with Müller UK & Ireland , one of the nation’s favourite dairy brands, sourcing milk from 1,300 farmers in Britain to develop, manufacture, and market a wide range of products. Our fantastic coach and facilitator, Zoë Carter-Owen, used mojo - the employee motivation platform, to guide the team through nine different motivators, what they mean, and the strategies they can use to motivate, energise, and create a high-performance culture. Mojo drives productivity, boosts wellbeing, and improves engagement by determining WHY we do what we do. We also did a lighter touch on Insights, emphasising the HOW: how you interact with others and make decisions. This tool enhances people dynamics and improves workplace communication by offering a deep understanding of colleagues' and team members' behavioural preferences, strengths, and areas for development. The language of colour is simple to understand and remember, allowing the team to integrate it into the daily operations of Müller. We enjoyed seeing the team come together, discussing their insights about themselves and their teammates. The combination of using both Mojo and Insights will mean a more motivated, engaged, and high-performing team, driving positive outcomes for the entire organisation. We look forward to hearing how they progress! #Leadership #Teamwork #Motivation #Collaboration #Productivity #EmployeeEngagement #WorkplaceCulture

As I wrap up my first month at US Foods, I'm reminded of the quote by Bill Nye: “Everyone you will ever meet knows something you don't.” In just a few weeks, I’ve connected with many knowledgeble colleagues and learned something new in every conversation. Every conversation has reinforced the importance of collaboration and the value of diverse perspectives in driving innovation and success. I look forward to more months of learning and collaborating together. #newbeginnings #lifelonglearning #personalgrowth
