Under the direction of the District Public Records Officer, the analyst will serve as a resource to district administrators and school staff regarding public records. On February 13, LWSD held its first ever Student Teacher Career Night. Superintendent Dr. Jon Holmen along with leaders across the district celebrated and honored every Student Teacher for their service this school year. Fifty-four Lake Washington School District educators achieved or maintained their National Board Certification®, as announced by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS). Fifteen educators were certified for the first time and 39 educators maintained their certification this year. Certifications must be renewed every five years. Educators from around the district completed the process and will be recognized at the School Board Meeting on March 4. More: bit.ly/NBPTSLWSD24
