In the hustle and bustle of daily life, with a thousand things to do, the constant motion leads us to disconnect from ourselves, creating a sense of doubt, lack of clarity, and living on autopilot. It's crucial to understand the IMPORTANCE of disconnecting from technology, learning to "switch off" our minds for a moment, pause, and breathe. Engaging in activities without the need to "produce" something, simply for pleasure, as a hobby. It's these moments that help us reconnect with ourselves, stepping away from autopilot and reducing anxiety levels. This should be a daily practice. However, if you find yourself unable to do so, when the weekend arrives, take the time to disconnect from the chaos and the myriad thoughts that may be swirling around in your mind. Recharge your energy.
