My interns are better than yours 🥹 We hear a lot that positioning your company as a strong employer on the market became more than key. Big name, big brand, big reputation. For a scale up, it is probably even harder to face that challenge, while we are constantly growing and testing new things in terms of DNA, packaging, career path... Knowing that in 2008, in France, 62% of employees preferred to earn more money and have less free time. Today, 61% of them prefer to earn less money, but have more free time (source: Welcome to the Jungle). How do I show here or via a job description to the new generation that we are conscious of today's challenges, inclusive, reinventing ourselves, etc.? I wish I could take pictures and make movies every day like our interns at We Invest Real Estate have done. Spontaneous, appealing, and such a tribute to us as an employer. We are still looking for the 5th one to complete our intern cast (HR & admin intern). Preferably as fun as Chandler and as organized as Monica !
