I’ve been busy working away, relatively quietly, in Q1 but making BIG progress. I’ve recently put together our Q1 newsletter for our investors, which I love doing, as it makes me stop & review the business appreciating the progress we've made, rather than just focusing on how far we've got to go. Really interesting to see the rate that BTR is developing in Australia and with Jennie Fojtik taking the lead on operations there it’s another example of how the UK experience is valued as a precedent. In terms of both development and operations we see really comparable lessons and trends to share.
