Since I joined REAL, here are a few things I have experienced with the brokerage that have helped me to elevate my business, serve my clients better and have a positive impact on my personal life. (in no specific order) 1. The company philosophy of sharing information and resources not just within REAL but also externally with other agents. I have not experienced such a high level of information and resource sharing ever, during my career in the real estate industry. The thought behind this is that by helping other agents do better, we can elevate the real estate industry. 2. The most productive referral network I've experienced in my 14+ years as a Realtor. We help our clients by having a strong referral network of great agents. When a client moves out of our coverage area, we can then connect them to local expert in their new location to ensure they are well looked after. 3. Owning a stake in REAL with a growing retirement nest egg of company shares, a share matching percentage from REAL, production incentives & revenue share. I have been able to will this to my spouse which gives me peace of mind. As an independent contractor I'm responsible for my own retirement plan so this is a big win in my books. 4. Being treated as a partner. A business model designed to be mutually beneficial and focused on our growth, personal and business and our client's satisfaction . Ongoing design of tools and programs designed with the Realtor/Independent Contractor and Client in mind. 5. Top tier Masterminds and high-quality educational seminars on the most current topics. I've done plenty of these in the past and the level I have experienced at REAL exceeds any. 6. Streamlined transaction process that consistently saves huge time blocks. Also, the seamless Team transaction management, and current business reporting at our fingertips. 7. The Wealth Plan, a business planning tool that is integrated into our daily use app. It takes minutes to setup and can be updated on the fly at any time. 8. The ReZen App, everything I need for my business in one place. It's convenient and I'm always connected to everything and everyone that I need to run my business efficiently and effectively.
