We’re thrilled to announce that our director, Kirsty Plank, has been nominated for a Women In Insurance Award! Kirsty has been a strong advocate for gender equality and inclusivity within the insurance industry for years so we couldn’t be prouder to see her being recognized for such a prestigious award.   The Women In Insurance Awards celebrates the remarkable accomplishments of women across all sectors, levels, and disciplines, while also providing a platform for companies to shape discussions on improving diversity within the industry and recognising forward-thinking initiatives.   Highlighting excellence is crucial for achieving equality across the industry. While the insurance sector has made progress towards inclusivity and equal opportunities, there's still a way to go. Challenges include closing the gender pay gap, addressing workplace issues for women, and boosting female representation in top positions.
