Class “A”, Ground Up, Institutional Quality, Single Family for rent; Multifamily; Mixed Use; Build to Suit; Hospitality; Modular Technology; Power Generation; Package Plants; Infrastructure; Leased Investments

Very good oversight of the manufacturing metrics that must be thoroughly addressed to get modular unit numbers up. I’m working with a seasoned modular builder on several “concept to keys” Build to Suit factories (he calls “forges”) across the US. New technologies in every facility element and production discipline are being implemented which dramtically increase production efficiencies to many multiples of current production rates. Soon, production efficiencies will outstrip current order rates, and quality will become standarized much like the car industry. The biggest push back is entitlements; the second barrier keeping order volumes down is builder/developer unfamiliarity with modular products, processes and quality. The third hurdle is general consumer market knowledge that modular even exists. Your articles need to become more widely spread to the general consumer audience, Gary Fleisher. I’ll be reposting them at every opportunity. I encourage other readers to do the same.

Gentleman, I would like to share an opportunity for a Net Zero Design/Build Project on a commercial lot my LLC owns for a "model" that I call as Net Zero Advanced Building Technology. Plans are for commercial living units or senior living units. Building materials are fire/termite resistant (non-wood) steel framing, composite structural insulated sheathing, pre-manufactured, craned into place. Exterior walls up to R-45 insulation values. All electric heating/cooling, solar roofing meet Net Zero specifications. An innovative structural insulated sheathing system for the building envelope that exceeds code requirements for energy and fire performance. Installation is quick and eliminates many of the steps and complexity required in common code-mandated assemblies. Seeking $1MIL+ construction funds. Equity/debt options available. 1st lien position. As a NV Real Estate Broker/Advisor since 1992, I have owned real estate brokerage and mortgage brokerage companies. Services include commercial/residential real estate services. Qualified investors/builders, please call Charles Christian, Realty One Group Advisor NV.BS30591 at 775-848-SOLD for more information. 🙂 Merry Christmas and best wishes for a prosperous New Year!
