Stanley, known for its durable outdoor gear, completely changed how people see its brand over the last few years. Here's how they did it: Before the Change: - Target Audience: Originally focused on working men and outdoor enthusiasts. - Sales: Around $40 million before the rebranding efforts. Key Changes in 2020: - New Leadership: Terence Reilly, Stanley's new president, identified a new audience—women and working moms. - Product Focus: Instead of creating new products, they repositioned their existing drinkware, especially the Quencher tumbler.
