I am delighted that following extensive engagement with our industry peers, supply chain and community partners, local communities and citizens we have released our ‘Principles of a fair transition’. This is aligned to our Responsible Business Charter and explains the role we can play helping to facilitate a fair and equitable transition to a clean energy future. In particular, energy networks enable the connection of new renewable energy sources and clean technologies. This requires significant growth in our networks, supply chains and workforce. We know new infrastructure will have an impact on communities and vulnerable customers will need support along the way.
