This is what I call proper training.... 📞I was chatting to one of our biggest clients this morning, catching up before I jump on a plane on my holidays ✈️ to see how the 2 newest recruits were settling in, 1 is in a leadership role and the other in the thick of sales (yes i do that.... you do hear from me once I've placed with you) He told me that they had a product expert coming over from their head office overseas to work with them for 8 weeks to give them all the training they need! This is an incredible investment for my client to make, it really does set them apart from lots of other businesses. Alot of people are too scared to put initial investment in just incase they leave, but this is the best time to put in that investment.... I do the same myself with new starters into my business, I don't just expect someone to be able to crack on and do the job. they need the tools and expertise to fly. I know these 2 will definately fly. What investment do you put into your new starters in the first few months?
