Unveiling the Truths About Juicing! Hello LinkedIn family! Let's dive into the vibrant world of juicing and debunk some common myths. Myth 1: Juicing Discards Fiber! 👉 Truth: Juicing retains soluble fiber, supporting cholesterol reduction and digestive health. It jumpstarts your energy with easily digestible nutrients! Myth 2: Don't Mix Fruits and Veggies! 👉 Truth: No scientific proof! Listen to your body – if combo discomfort arises, separate them. Make your own combo! Let taste be your guide. Myth 3: Supplements Beat Juices! 👉 Truth: Juicing unleashes a nutrient party! It ruptures cells for optimal absorption. A variety of carotenes trumps beta-carotene alone. Drink the rainbow and don't find nutrition in those packed boxes! Myth 4: You Can't Freeze Raw Juice! 👉 Truth: Freeze away! Some nutrients may bid farewell, but it beats wasting juice. From soups to popsicles, frozen juice adds flair! Myth 5: Diabetics Shouldn't Juice! 👉 Truth: Moderation is key! Stick to eight ounces, focus on veggies, and pair with meals for stable sugar levels. Embrace the natural sugars balanced with nutrients. Myth 6: Juices Worsen Kidney Stones! 👉 Truth: Skip spinach-rich blends for stone-prone pals. Opt for kidney-friendly cranberry juice – it's a stone-reducing superhero! Myth 7: Juice is a Full Nutrition Substitute! 👉 Truth: Juice is fantastic, but it's not the substitute of whole foods. Ensure a meal packed with essential nutrients for optimal health. Ready to sip on the real juice knowledge? Drop your favorite juice emoji below! I love reminding people of how easy it can be to have a healthy diet. It surprises me that not everyone is willing to accept that: 1. Healthy diet means eating all and only foods you like without guilt, and 2. It doesn't have to involve superfoods neither personalised menu plans. Maybe people think this concept is too simplistic, not special enough to do amazing things to their bodies. Whatever the reason is for people not being interested in simple ways to eat healthily, this article may help them change their views because it puts scientific evidence clearly and simply. 🌟You might think belly fat always comes from a lack of exercise or high food intake, but that's not always the case. Lack of sleep or stress can also cause belly fat. Stress specifically triggers the release of cortisol, which can lead to fat accumulating especially around your abdomen. If you notice your belly growing without changes to the rest of your body, it could be a sign of chronic cortisol-driven fat. Improving gut health can relieve stress and improve sleep, helping your digestive system run smoothly. Prebiotic fiber and probiotics team up to create an environment conducive to a healthy gut microbiome. A diverse range of microbes needs different foods for support, contributing positively to overall health. Balancing your gut flora is a step towards better health.
