Radical improvements need radical collaboration! Sharing my Milken Institute Power of Ideas essay "Improving Human Health Through Cross-Sector Collaboration". I am bullish on what lies ahead, but I also believe we cannot maximize benefits for patients by going it alone. We see countless examples in Federal Health agencies of innovative collaboration. As I shared in the essay "We envision the future of health to be an era of unprecedented convergence, collaboration, partnerships, and networks across all sectors of the life science and health-care ecosystem. Only by working together can we achieve integrated, equitable health solutions that improve health outcomes and create a better future for all. That is how we’ll bring a future that is better for patients and all of us, faster."💡💡💡 Check it out here and let me know what you think: https://lnkd.in/g8mF2ac7

I had a great time yesterday at Health Connect South. I created new connections, spent quality time with my classmates and peers, and had a few key takeaways learning from leaders in the industry! A few highlights for me: - I learned how AI can augment your workflows but remember that it’s important to keep the humanity in your workflow because we can’t care for others without it - it was insightful to hear about how work culture plays such a huge role in creating successful companies and transforming companies drifting away from their metrics. Having a culture that is rooted in love and accountability can be difficult at first since it goes against the traditional norm, but can transform a large health system. - One of my favorite panels featured David Bardan, Priyanka Agarwal, MD, MBA, Bob Speakman, and Ryan Howells. They shared valuable insights on how the innovations of CLEAR and HealthEx are elevating security measures, streamlining workflows, and enhancing patient satisfaction. Additionally Wellstar Health System shared how this has been successful for them. Eunice Mulenda Julian M. Cierra Sillmon Sybill Ama El-Saboath Zlatka G.
