Today, I tripped over a Pigeon, this is what it taught me about b2b sales. It taught me nothing, i'm not even in b2b sales, however... Have you ever tried Coconut flower beer before? Yup me neither, which is what makes this episode of 100 Days In with Keeran, the founder of Neitiv even more exciting! Obviously tempting to talk about their Dragons Den appearance, however am focussed on sticking to the first 100 days, that's the magic zone for me. What are the key lessons from the first 100 days, in Keeran’s words: Supply Chain Reinforcement: Ensuring a steady raw material supply, particularly Coconut Flower Drops, was prioritised for the core of our business. Corporate Foundations: We swiftly undertook the establishment of Neitiv by registering the company, engaging an accountancy firm, and completing VAT registration. Holistic Brand Development: Creating a distinct identity, we focused on branding elements, including logo design, website development, and e-commerce setup to establish a robust online presence. Strategic PR & Marketing: To build visibility, we invested in PR efforts, engaging a dedicated agency, and initiating our presence on social media platforms. Strategic Brewing Partnerships: Recognising the importance of market testing, we identified a reliable contract brewing and bottling company as a strategic partner before establishing our brewery.

🌟 Attention Customer Success Pros! 🌟 Yesterday, I had an inspiring chat with Dan Bonnet from Confetti, and I learned of a brilliant use case for their platform that I hadn’t considered before! 🚀 For those unfamiliar, Confetti is an online platform that simplifies planning incredible social gatherings with multiple vendors in just minutes. I’ve personally used it for virtual team events like wine tastings and murder mystery parties. But Dan introduced me to the idea of using it to bring customers together. Genius, right? 💡 Here’s how it works: host a virtual event that combines fun and connection! Some creative ideas include: 🍷 Wine Tasting & Networking 🥃 Whiskey Tasting 🍺 Beer Tasting 🍫 Chocolate Tasting 🌮 Tequila Tasting The tasting can be as short as 15 minutes or up to 45 minutes, leaving plenty of time for: 🔹 Networking 🔹 Sharing new product features 🔹 Gathering customer feedback What’s amazing about this approach? It’s cost-effective, easy to organize, and perfect for the virtual world we’re in—meeting customers and prospects right where they are! 🙌 Next time I’m planning a customer engagement or networking event, Confetti will definitely be on my radar. 🌐 💬 Have you ever used creative platforms like this to connect with your customers? Let’s share ideas! 👇 (and no, Dan did not ask me to write this post. I was just too excited and had to share with all of you). #CustomerSuccess #CustomerEngagement #VirtualEvents #Confetti

For those of us that have been the business of Hotels and MICE - we have seen this all to often. Great post by PathCon361 - too many of us lead with the "selling” rather than the "telling" when trying to grow our business. We know storytelling works and yet we ignore to craft stories that will sell our services. What are your thoughts? Do you believe Sales and Marketing can be under one umbrella/person or do they have distinctive qualities that should be housed independently. Obviously the size of the organization matters. #telldontsell #marketing #sales #storytelling
