How we're taking this B2B SaaS client to $100K MRR in 12 months ... with cold outbound.
Whey they do:
Their AI listens to calls and delivers actionable insights on deal risks and next best steps.
Then it auto-updates the CRM, creates a follow-up email and coaches the sales rep how close the deal faster …
… without managers having to listen to a single call.
How our process looks:
1. Scope TAMs: Target industries like tech, insurance, etc. [HUGE TAMs]
2. Must have minimum > 10 sales or CS people
3. 5-step email verification waterfall in Clay, starting with LeadMagic
4. Push data to AI email Instantly.ai campaigns with client's top 5 value props
5. Book practical 1:1 workshop on how to use AI to close more pipeline
*Their "workshop" is basically a value-filled demo that shows sales leaders how AI can be used to sell more without endless coaching.
Is it working?

I probably went from having like one good lead every two weeks or two leads a month to having actually on average 8 good sales calls a week. We went from maybe having two sales leads might lead to one opportunity a month to now I would say probably 8 a week of these calls. Half of them turn into trials. These are absolutely qualified leads, but if I had ignored your communications, I dread to think where we would be right now. I get people coming to me. Every day saying that they're gonna do lead generation and some of them will say, well, we'll do it for free. I played around with a few of them to see whether they were worthy of the effort and I had a lot of failures. You were able to show me that you were you were using your own. You eat your own cooking. I'm like, okay, Brooks knows what he's doing. He got me interested and intrigued and get me on the phone and having a conversation. So I'm like, OK, if he can do it for me with my 990 spam emails and he's probably got something going realizing that. You have an approach and methodology and it's, you're very rigorous. This is the thing that I've noticed about pipeline formula and what you and your team does. There's no randomness or luck involved. You are methodical and thoughtful and always testing and, and it came across in our conversation. So ultimately that led me to say, OK, this looks like this is a good approach. I mean, my leads are up dramatically. I probably went from having, like I said earlier, one good lead every two weeks or two leads a month to having. Actually on average 8 good sales calls a week, it's a big improvement. The quality of the leads are much higher than I was generating on my own and they are turning into deals. We are finally have a scalable path. Before there was no way to scale it. Finally, I feel like, OK, we can make this a big business. After working with you and figuring this out, you're exploring different campaigns and different targeting and different messaging, different subject. Mines different approaches different, I mean everything. There are so many variables in this process of lead generation that you can tweak and turn the knobs. And every time we talk I'm always a little pleasantly surprised and shocked at how much data you bring to the table. Like I don't think anybody brings that methodology, that thoughtfulness, that process to the table. Well, I've seen for myself they don't get the kind of results you were pointing out things that I'm not even did not even realize I was. Doing poorly or not even doing it all. And you've taught me some things. You know, my favorite Bam Fam, right? Book a meeting from a meeting. Well, we all know to do that in our, you know, theoretically, we know to do that. These are things that you got to be reminded and a great coach. Some of this is subtle and more nuanced and you're a great coach. And so being able to, to have you review my calls and give me that feedback. I actually have Bam Fam stickers on all of my computers, my laptops and my desktops to remind me because it's easy. You got a smart team. I don't know how you found them. I'm not going to steal them away, but I wish I could clone him. You know, when I get on these calls, I'll often ask, what was it that we did that intrigue you? And the number one response is it was a great e-mail. The communication was smart and thoughtful. And it takes time to write thoughtfully, but some people have it. Some people know how to train and coach it, which you do. And and it gives a much better results than otherwise. We went from, you know, maybe having, you know, two opportunities a month. Probably 2 sales leads might lead to one opportunity a month to now. I would say probably 8 a week of these calls, I'd say half of them turn into trials. These are absolutely qualified leads. I mean, you're really finding the right people that we want to talk to. So we go from A to week to four trials. People are going to read or watch this video, and of course they're going to be, you know, always skeptical, right? I'm doing this video because I think what we're doing here is amazing. It's my goal to help. Attribute to your success because you have helped contribute to our success. It wasn't luck that you and I connected because you did some really smart things. But if I had ignored your communications, I dread to think where we would be right now. We would be in a terrible place. So, and if people want to call me to talk to me about my experience further than this video, I'm open to that also. I hope to contribute to your success as much as you contributed to ours.
