Leap's approach to helping employers reduce their healthcare spend touches on so many of these areas from Mercer's 7 benefit strategies for 2024: - Where care is provided matters - employers can drastically reduce their specialty drug spend by helping employees find more convenient, lower cost places to receive their infusion treatments. - Focus on pharmacy - and pay more attention to those drugs that are currently being billed through the medical plan, not just the PBM.
